HARDCORE 30 BOOTCAMP

A full body circuit program designed for all ages as skill levels, this class is designed to combine cardio and resistance training into one fun filled program of machine weights, free weights, cardio machines, and calisthenics. Ages in this class range from 18-88 and is designed and adjusted to all ages and all skill levels. Have a question regarding a personal condition or limitation? No problem! We are more than happy to accommodate your personal needs.
