This is Spin on steroids, yeah these EVO Bikes we have come with a twist – they move just like a real bike, and if that’s not enough add some rowing on our concept 2 rowers. Ouch! Talk about torching that calorie barrier, this is going to hit you with about 700 cals. per class burned. Plus you’re hitting every part of your body. Lets increase that endurance, work that core and take those legs to lactic acid heaven. You asked us for something different and we came up with it right here, and the instructor, don’t let them fool you with the smile, they are not going to let up and neither should you!
